You accept the Terms as they apply from time to time whenever you access the Website, and accessing the Website forms a contract between Dr Danielle Einstein (I, me, my), Aubrey Maturin Pty Ltd as trustee for The Distinct Psychology Unit Trust ABN 86158126429 (Distinct Psychology), (referred to as we, us or our), and persons who access the Website (you, your).

The Terms can be modified at any time and all changes will come into effect immediately, as soon as the information is published or modified on the website.
